While black and white was fun for a while, I was starting to miss color. So I donned this bright yellow-green sweater, and paired it with a bright red lip. The mesh makes it perfect for spring because it adds that extra layer, but it isn’t too warm.

When it’s warmer, I typically push up the sleeves of any sweater and jacket that I wear, but here the sleeves felt too bulky when I tried doing that. So instead I cuffed the sleeves a few times before pushing them up.

Tip: If where a shirt ends lines up where the sleeves end, you’ll have a straight line running across your midsection, which isn’t always the most flattering. To avoid this, push up your sleeves when you leave a longer shirt untucked, or leave them alone when you do tuck in.

Here I could have pushed my sleeves up a little for a more flattering look overall.

And how fun are these sunglasses? The perfectly round lenses make me feel a little like I’ve got alien eyes and that’s always fun. Also the detail on the side is so pretty that I feel like I need to have my hair up whenever I wear them.
